1) General

  • By submitting a manuscript to IJSRTM, authors agree to abide by the journal’s publication policies, ethical guidelines, and peer review process.
  • IJSRTM reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

2) Author Responsibilities

  • Authors must submit original and unpublished work.
  • Manuscripts under review elsewhere must not be submitted.
  • Authors are responsible for ensuring accuracy of data, references, and affiliations.
  • All co-authors must approve the final manuscript before submission.

3) Copyright & Licensing

  • Authors retain the copyright of their work.
  • After acceptance, authors must sign the copyright agreement permitting IJSRTM to publish and distribute the article.
  • Articles are published under an open-access license, allowing free use and distribution with proper citation.

4) Plagiarism & Misconduct

  • Plagiarism, self-plagiarism, duplicate publication, and data falsification are strictly prohibited.
  • Manuscripts with a similarity index above 25% will be rejected.
  • If plagiarism is detected post-publication, IJSRTM may retract the paper and notify the author’s institution.

5) Peer Review & Editorial Decisions

  • All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review.
  • The editorial board reserves the right to accept, reject, or request revisions.
  • Decisions of the Editor-in-Chief are final.

6) Article Publication Charges

  • IJSRTM does not charge any submission, processing, or publication fees.
  • Authors can publish their research free of cost.

7) Open Access Policy

  • All published articles are freely accessible without subscription.
  • Readers may download, copy, and distribute articles for non-commercial use with proper citation.

8) Disclaimer

  • The views, data, and opinions expressed in published articles are those of the authors.
  • IJSRTM is not responsible for any errors, consequences, or damages arising from the use of published content.

9) Limitation of Liability

  • IJSRTM shall not be held liable for delays, loss of data, or technical issues beyond its control.
  • Authors are responsible for maintaining backup copies of their work.

10) Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the country where IJSRTM is registered.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of appropriate courts.
  • Corresponding author will be responsible for any conflicts.
